This Mission was begun in 1949 and is headquartered in Valparaiso which is in the central part of Chile.  It’s director and son of the founder is Julio Carreño.  Julio, although he does not like to admit it, is the ‘lead’ minister for the Christian Church and Church of Christ in Chile.  All the ministers look to him for guidance and support.  This also requires him to teach prospective ministers in Bible College to prepare them to spread the word of our Lord.  Therefore, this Mission’s activities are all encompassing of the entire country of Chile and not only one church or town.

We must not give up or ignore our youth who have gone to one of our state universities. Leaving home and entering the field of temptations and trials that occur, not only in social life and little parental discipline, but also the elements of philosophy teachings that are meant to undermine the faith of Christians is a very difficult step for the Christian youth. Those who work on college campus to give youth a place to turn to explore and develop their Christian faith are an important necessity.

Hialeah Mission

Miami, FL 33157
cell 305-244-6973

Gabriel Pinto and his wife Aida are former members of our church and they have formed a Spanish speaking assembly in Hialeah and are reaching many of the unsaved right in our own community. They lead people to Christ in a gentle, knowledgeable and assured manner. Monies received by them are going towards Bibles, Bible study materials and rental of assembly area. We feel this to be an important mission outreach of our church since we are able to assist saving the lost within our own area.
